Bye-Laws of SPNIWCD

The Institute is functioning according to the set of Bye-laws which was first approved by the Executive Council and came into force on 28.02.1966. The Bye-laws of the Institute comprises of four sections viz. General bye-laws, Services bye-laws, Financial bye-laws and bye-laws for Purchase & Acquisition of Stores. The overall financial powers conferred by the Executive Council for the Institute have delegated to the General Body/Executive Council and other Competent Officers of the Institute according to their port-folio within the purview of General Body and details of the same have been furnished in the Schedule-I and I(A) of the Bye-Laws. The financials powers of delegated are being revised from time to time in accordance to change in the GFR and other Government of India Rules.
