Public Notice

National children's Fund

The Government of India established the National Children's Fund (NCF) in 1979, under the Charitable Endowments Act 1890, to commemorate the "International Year of the Child". The National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD) was entrusted with the custodianship of NCF. The Fund was initiated with a seed money of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) from the Government of India.

Objective

The National Children's Fund aims to raise funds from individuals, institutions, corporates, and others in the form of donations to support various programs for children affected by natural calamities, disasters, distress, and difficult circumstances, including children of prisoners, riot-affected children, trafficking victims, and children of escorts.

UNNATI Scholarship Scheme

UNNATI scholarship scheme operated through the National Children's Fund for children living in Child Care Institutions (CCIs) provides scholarships of Rs.13000/- Per annum per child to children studying in classes IX to XII, on merit basis.

Donation are Invited to National Children’s Fund

  • Donations to NCF are 100% tax-exempted under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Minimum donation accepted is Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) Per transaction.
  • Maximum donation admissible is Rs.1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore) Per transaction.
  • Donations are accepted online through payment gateway link----- Payments can be made through UPI/Debit Card/Credit/Card/NEFT/RTGS/Net Banking.
  • Donor will have to bear gateway charges. Donor will have to provide the following information
  • Name of the Donor
  • Present Address
  • Donation Amount
  • Payment Date
  • Payment Mode
  • Mobile No.
  • PAN Card Number (upload copy)
  • Identity Proof (Optional)

Donations receipts will be generated through the website after successful payment.
